When we were in Puerto Rico we saw the most brutal bar fight we’ve ever seen. We played this outdoor venue and there was a pool with an outdoor bar and how did it start… These guys Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb were fighting, jumping in the pool all night splashing everyone.
I guess this guy was being annoying to some girl and she pushed him in the pool and he splashed another guy sitting at the edge of the pool. So this guy threw a chair at the guy in the pool and then it was thrown back at him. And then the guy outside the pool punched the guy in the pool in the face. Then the guy outside the pool left.
Tweedle Dee went searching for the guy that just punched him and started fighting with a completely different dude. Then Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb threw some other old guy in the pool. Who knows if it was playful or malicious at this point.
So then it was Tweedle Dee and Dumb attacking this old guy in the pool, one guy choking him and another guy punching him in the face until he passed out in the water. He got pulled out of the pool and was laying by the side of it, I thought he was going to die it was crazy. Then the bouncer comes out, the bouncer was fighting people too, and he kicks one of the Tweedles, still in the pool, in the face.
Someone was holding Tweedle Dumb down to calm him down but then the old guy that they choked out went up to the other guy when he was laying on the ground and punched him in the face while he was being held down and then Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb wouldn’t leave. Everyone was yelling at them to “get the fuck out.” This was right after our set while the other band was playing. They weren’t even fighting at first. It was all incidental bullshit then it turned into a guy choking this guy out in the swimming pool until he went unconscious.
