Nashville based rock and roll band, the Love-In, is premiering the video for their second single “Keep Your Mouth Shut” off their upcoming EP As It Lays (out September 11).
“This song is about trying to resist a sweet talker,” Lead singer Laurel Sorenson says. “There is something delicious about someone who cuts through the din of conversation and draws you in with an enticing intellect”.
The video brings the literal phrase sweet-talker to life. The band members are singing the song with their mouths filled or chewing on sweet and savory food of all kinds. The video, which was made in Laurel’s basement, and directed by her brother Ben Sorenson and edited by Joe Nargi, is a beautifully shot gem of originality.
