Coyote Run, aka Kasie Shahbaz, is a West Coaster obsessed with prog rock and folk music–we’ll call it prog folk! Never heard of such a thing? Well, take a listen to Coyote Run and you’ll get it. Her music is a mix of lengthy psychedelic melodies and soothing folk vocals that tell tales of love, desperation, and spiritual epiphanies. Her debut LP is set to come out this October, but in the meantime we’re proud to share with you “Again Again.” A track full of twinkling harmonies backed by strokes of the guitar that are sometimes soothing and other times unnerving. It’s beautifully well-rounded and it’s the kind of song you can leave on repeat.
