The retro soaked sounds of Daisy Glaze get a fitting visual companion for their latest track “Little Baby.” The video is a romantic look at New York City in a bygone era which director Kristin Gallegos miracoulesly manages to capture through 8mm.
The combined effect of the song and video feel like a new wave hallucination set in the dead of winter. Truffaut if he’d spent more of his life in Times Square and the Lower East Side.
On October 17th the band will be playing at the iconic Pyramid Club in the East Village with Collapsing Scenery. But before that, perhaps in preparation for, “Little Baby” is available for free download on Soundcloud.
