Watch: The Garden “All Access”

Aaaaand The Garden is back! After spending 2016 touring and releasing a trio of one off singles, they’ve announced a new EP, U Want The Scoop? set for a March release. Along with said announcement they’ve also debuted it’s first track and music video for “All Access.”

The track has an upbeat manicness and urgency that sounds like it’s been funneled through a filter of softness and pop synth that we haven’t seen from The Garden (only in solo projects Enjoy and Puzzle). The video is peak Vada Vada, it’s tongue in cheek, menacing and off kilter while perfectly demonstrating the Garden’s strongest aspect as musicians, their raw power in performance. The track and video (by Will Sipos and Sean Campos) is altogether both the most and least surprising direction the Garden could have gone in — have we ever really been able to tell where the Garden is headed next?
