It’s summer in New York which doesn’t change much for the show attending hordes other than many of the gigs have moved outdoors and onto boats. Here’s a readers digest of shows around town.

The Slowdive show is “”””free”””” (is any show where you don’t pay money for a ticket but spend your entire evening in a number of different lines ever free?). Still Slowdive are the gods of shoegaze and don’t play stateside that frequently. B Boys on the other hand is a cheap show at $10 and B Boys are fucking great.
