Hundred Waters brought their new ambient, electronic tinkerings to Music Hall of Williamsburg last week. Alongside Mitski, a grungy ’90s-inspired trio, Hundred Waters captivated the audience with an avant-garde performance, incorporating trippy visuals and costumes in addition to their sway-inducing music. Styled by Phil Gomez, singer Nicole Miglis’s elegant presence only served to heighten the night’s hypnotizing effects. Frenzied energy was a constant fixture of the show, and fans anxiously followed her every move, feverish with anticipation.
