Last week, after a 15-show marathon at SXSW, Hinds jetted off to NYC to grace the stage with two sold-out performances at Baby’s All Right. Despite the long week in Texas, the band showed up with their unwavering energy and enthusiasm while in the city. Their trademark fervor, spark, and unrestrained musicality were palpable throughout. The city welcomed Ana and Carlotta eagerly, marking their return to New York after some time.
The crowd was buzzing the whole night, embracing old faves like “Castigadas en el Granero,” while happily singing and dancing along to their latest single, “Coffee.” Hinds also treated the audience to a glimpse of some new music, “Hi, How Are You?”– was performed stripped down to its raw essence which made for a particularly magical moment.
