Beloved Brooklyn indie rockers Las Rosas and funky DJ Carlos are throwing their third annual Beach Jam this weekend and it’s sure to be a wild one. Free with tons of DJs and bands bringing you the most danceable tunes and an ocean to wash away your sins. What more could you ask for? This Friday – Sunday, in three different staple Rockaway locations—you’re not gonna wanna miss this one. NYC bands that without a doubt always bring a good time like Las Rosas, Champagne Superchillin’, Wild Yaks and Breanna Barbara are gonna rock out. They’ve also got a killer Rockaway-based Ramones cover band called Rockaway Beatch featuring NYC’s very own Tall Juan will be making sure this weekend is a blast. Plus, they’re throwing an after party Saturday night at Rockaway Brewing co. with a dance contest & cash prizes! There’s nothing like feeling the sand between your toes and dancing the night away to rock ‘n’ roll. It’s what the Rockaways is meant for.
