Things have been quiet on the Parquet Courts front, as they’re probably still riding margarita waves of bliss from their much-applauded 2012 full-length Light Up Gold. ICYMI, it made it all the way to number six on my list of the 50 Best Albums of 2012. The band has returned with “You’ve Got Me Wonderin’ Now,” a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it two minutes and twenty-four seconds of heartsick bliss. I never thought a recorder could sound so punk.
