Mon. 6/15:
-
[untitled] Rooftop: @, Allegra Krieger, Fernette
-
@, the project of Philadelphia guitarist Victoria Rose and Baltimore musician Stone Filipczak, work remotely; trading messages and melodies via the cloud. Monday night the two unionize, playing their songs as one. The address of the rooftop will be shared upon RSVP.

-
Nightclub 101: Betty Taylor, Nancy Whitaker, Iquan
-
Betty Taylor’s dreamy indie pop is for the young and wanderlust. With catchy choruses and riffs, rocknite is bringing a bill to Nightclub 101 that will create a memorable summer evening.
-
Tues. 6/16:
-
Le Poisson Rogue: Wild Nothing
-
Wild Nothing is heading on an anniversary tour for “Gemini,” one of the defining albums of the 2010s indie scene. When I was in 6th grade, my dad put Summer Holiday on a playlist for me. It will always be one of my favorite summer songs.
-
-
Music Hall of Williamsburg: Widowspeak, Thomas Dollbaum
-
Widowspeak’s new album Roses maintains the band’s sun-drenched, indie-folk sound. Warm light filters through each track, sparking a craving for slow mornings and early nights.
-
-
Warsaw: Lambrini Girls
-
British punk duo Lambrini Girls are back on tour after frontwoman Phoebe Lunny fractured her neck in April, leading the band to postpone their US tour. Shout out to Lambrini Girls, heading on tour after a traumatic injury is no joke.
-
Weds. 6/17:
-
Madison Square Garden: ROSALÍA
-
Everybody knows that ROSALÍA’s LUX is a standout album. That’s why her Madison Square Garden show is nearly sold out. Seeing ROSALÍA’s operatics live is once in a lifetime, it’s worth splurging on a ticket.
-
-
National Sawdust: Claud, Elliott Skinner
-
Claud was an integral part of the early 2020s bedroom pop scene. Now, with their latest release Supermodels, they’ve proven themselves just as essential to contemporary indie rock. Maybe… just maybe… Claud will play Wish You Were Gay for pride.

-
Nightclub 101: Veronica, Private Browsing, Mach Static
-
1-800-Girlfriend brings Veronica, Private Browsing, Mach Static, and DJs vampireluvr and Ben Scofield of Monobloc as part of Nightclub 101’s new MUSIC! series, starting this Wednesday. Make sure to listen to Veronica’s EP Rottweiler before the show.
-
Thurs. 6/18:
-
Ruins at Knockdown Center: Alan Sparhawk, Circuit des Yeux, POLIÇA
-
Alan Sparhawk, one half of Low’s, new single Alan Sparhawk Solo Band is a call to repudiate darkness in the state of today’s political upheaval. At this moment, Sparhawk is using his music to create and distribute light. If you can, grasp every ray.
-
-
Stone Circle Theatre: Misuser, Pisha, Or Best Offer
Fri. 6/19:
-
148 Frost St: Her New Knife, total wife, Cashier, Fib, Bedridden
-
Five years of Julia’s War. To celebrate this occasion, the label is putting on a show with some of the best shoegaze bands in the business. Don’t miss this one.
-
-
The Hancock: Porches
-
Porches is playing his new album MASK at The Hancock. Recorded on a four track, MASK’s lo-fi composure brings attention to Aaron Maine’s raw melodies and lyricism. It’s probably some of my favorite Porches work.
-
-
Baby’s All Right: Gallipony, Jack Powers, Babe America, Cole Haden of Model/Actriz (DJ), Preston Bell of The Heaven (DJ), Slush Puppy (DJ)
-
Gallipony is Hot and Bothered and is going to get everyone to come to Baby’s. This show is for the baddest of them all; Gallipoli’s 2000s inspired pop music is sexxxxxyyy and fun. Xoxo.
-
-
Nightclub 101: villagerrr, Wulfer
-
Ohio based band villagerrr’s new album Carousel sits on the relaxed end of the nugaze spectrum. This show is for fans of Racecourse, A Country Western, and feeble little horse.
-
Sat. 6/20:
-
Baby’s All Right: Dorian Electra, Veronica Everhart
-
Dorian Electra’s self titled album is hyperpop covers of the most eclectic, and goated, collection of songs. Kraftwerk, Simon & Garfunkel, Peter Björn and John, all share one thing in common: they’re remixed by Dorian Electra.
-
-
Nightclub 101: Shallowater, Deloyd Elze
-
West Texas slowcore band Shallowater is making their way to NYC. Describing themselves as “dirtgaze,” every Shallowater track is its own journey. Make sure to listen to God’s Gonna Give You a Million Dollars before the show.
-
-
Le Bain: Nancy Drew gf, Sledding, Ellie, Toma Shade
-
1 year of The Party. There’s no better way to celebrate an anniversary than with a stacked bill at Le Bain. Wear your best bikini and get ready to dance.
-
-
Maker Park: ESG, Burnt Sugar Arkestra feat. Vernon Reid, Sunny War, DJ: Nabihah Iqbal
-
Maker Park Radio is bringing a free show of afro-post punk pioneers to Staten Island. Yes, Staten Island is a trek from Manhattan. But, when else will you have the opportunity to see ESG for free?
-
-
Storm King Art Center: Kim Gordon
-
Kim Gordon is one of the few people I idolize. Her ability to move between genres, as evidenced in her latest album PLAY ME, always impresses me. Tickets for the Storm King show are still available as Gordon is also playing a sold out show at Nightclub 101 this Thursday.
-
Sun. 6/21:
-
Storm King Art Center: Black Country, New Road, Horsegirl
-
I didn’t love Forever Howlong. I stand by the opinion that Black Country, New Road lost their momentum when Isaac left the band. But, I will do anything to see Georgia Ellery live; she is an angel in the flesh. Two Horses is the best song off Forever Howlong purely because of Ellery’s vocals.
