Our friends Little Racer are back with Foreign Tongues, the follow-up to last year’s excellent Modern Accent EP, and they’ve shared the visual for the first single, “Montevideo,” ahead of its release. Like the music, the video is unmistakably Brooklyn, with a dash of West Coast surf influence mixed in. Their sound has expanded too. Elliot’s vocals echo in the front of the mix over jangly guitars and a skittering drum kit, making “Montevideo” feel all the more beach-ready. “We won’t stop for nothin’,” he belts, and as Little Racer continues to grow, this catchy refrain certainly rings true.
