Los Campesinos!, whose new album came out this week, have also released a video for “Avocado Baby” (the lyrics go “A heart of stone, rind so tough it’s crazy, that’s why they call me the avocado, baby”). It’s quite a surreal adventure. The video itself is one long shot and includes a game show, lead singer Gareth being put into a casket, and even gun play! Interestingly enough, the video was directed by Craig Roberts, who you may remember from the movie “Submarine.”
