Like we mentioned in our favorite albums (so far) post, Marissa Nadler’s July has made quite an impression and will probably be in heavy rotation whenever the summertime blues strike. We just celebrated the fourth of July, but don’t tell Nadler, or my neighbors who keep setting off firecrackers. Speaking of, Marissa Nadler’s video for “Firecrackers” just debuted. It’s simple, mostly black and white, and keeps the focus on Nadler’s haunting voice and evocative lyrics. Watch it below.
