Mykki Blanco just dropped a new EP entitled Spring/Summer 2014, along with a video for its single “She Gutta.” Set in a dystopian, urban landscape, the video starts with a jittery collage of news segments, anime footage, and a barrage of special effects. The beat is dark, laid back, and smooth, much like Blanco’s flow. There is an attitude and a confidence permeating through everything, from her vocal delivery to eating push-pops.
