Multifaceted artist Neneh Cherry has just released a video for her new single “Out Of The Black,” featuring guest vocals from fellow Swedish star Robyn. The track is down-tempo pop, carried by fuzzy low-end, charming back and forth vocal work, and restless percussion. The video itself is a choppy, anxiety inducing collage of retro urban life, focused on images of Wall Street and its suited masses in direct juxtaposition with Neneh and Robyn letting loose singing and dancing.
It’s a little too late to serve as an Occupy Wall Street anthem, but we’re confident “Out Of The Black” is going to have a long shelf life. Check out the video below.
