British songstress Pix (Hannah Rodgers) just released a music video for her song “A Way To Say Goodbye,” a somber track that is an electronic, psychedelic take of indie folk, with just a twinge of pop bubbling up in the melodies. The video centers on two versions of Pix in what looks like the perfect setting for a gothic still life. The first Pix playfully loses herself in the music, swaying and singing along, while the second Pix arrives in a more off-kilter fashion: i.e., brandishing a mysterious bunny and then trying to get her twin’s attention through a series of movements that operate in a creepy rewind. It’s a simple yet compelling concept, and we can’t wait to hear more from this young artist.
