I’ve never been to King’s Theatre, and so i was so elated to shoot one of the favorites at a stunning historical venue with 1000’s of other people. Idles’ music is grandiose in attitude, message, and sound. with that, Kings Theatre only elevated the massiveness of the night. There was so much love, but edge in the air. Specifically so when mid-set, it made my heart squeal seeing guitarist Lee Kiernan crowd surf-walked when a fan also got lifted up for them to meet and hug. Feeling the love and care that these musicians have for each other on stage but also for their fans and the fun they love to have while performing. It feels unifying. Energy that everyone craves and idles leaves ya filled with it.
