The brothers in Disclosure collaborated a little while back with the quietly mysterious producer Friend Within on a stellar UK garage track titled “The Mechanism.” In support of “The Mechanism,” the electronic auteurs have released a minimalist animated music video that finds the inner workings (or mechanisms, if you will!) of a factory operating in sync with their continuously pulsing groove. The mechanical motions and subdued color palette are oddly hypnotizing in the monotony, and in conjunction with the killer music production, you can bet this song and video are ready for Friday night.
