Having a conversation about the best cure for an unrelenting hangover is kind of like having a conversation about who makes the best pizza in NYC – it’s basically impossible to arrive at one clear answer because it all depends on personal preferences. Some are partial to greasy brunch food accompanied by unlimited drinks, while others swear by healthier approaches like drinking coconut water or herbal tea. I’ve also heard that Midol, B12 and B6 vitamins, 5-HTP supplements, Berocca, and basically anything and everything in the health section of Duane Reade are good for hangovers, so who really knows? But unlike foods, drinks and various medications, good music is something we can all agree on. And it might not cure your head pain and/or nausea entirely, but a mix of some blissfully dreamy songs will surely help to chill you out and tackle that general discomfort that can make you want to curl into a ball and reevaluate your life decisions. So if something is going to stop you from taking that last tequila shot, don’t let it be the thought of tomorrow’s hangover! We got you covered.
